You don't have to sync it every day, I set mine then left it for a month and was only 1 second out. Do it in a quiet place and have your phone speaker on about 3/4 volume and it takes about 3 minutes. You can use a jjy emulator app to set (I'm in New Zealand) it was easy to do. Sapphire crystal glass, day date perpetual calendar, solar powered, accurate, adjustable strap and easy to read. I searched for a long time to find a watch that had what I wanted. Manual was not supplied and choices of online manuals does not specifically include the H100 movement.
